The price is in GBP, Can I buy from outside the UK?

Yes! We accept all major debit and credit cards from every country (in 135+ currencies) and we do our best to deliver anywhere in the world. The price at the checkout is displayed in GBP, and when your payment is processed, you will be debited the equivalent in your local currency.

What are the different payment methods available?

What is the delivery price?

We offer FREE delivery for all Europe, Northern America (USA, Canada, Mexico) and Japan. This offer does not include any custom fees that might occur in your country. We deliver worldwide. What is the delivery time?

The watches are packaged and dispatched from Europe. In western Europe, delivery will take 2-3 days. We aim to deliver to the rest of Europe within 3-5 working days and worldwide within 9-15 working days although it might take longer. You will be sent a tracking reference as soon as the parcel has been sent so that you can follow its progress. My watch is faulty or damaged. Can I return it?

We do run rigorous quality check but anything can happen. We recommend you check over your watch as soon as it arrives to ensure everything looks good and if there is any problem let us know within 14 days of receiving the item. We will send you a replacement as quickly as possible and refund your return postage.

I changed my mind; can I return my watch?

Yes of course, we offer refunds on any item returned before 14 days in a new, sales-ready condition within its original undamaged packaging. We will refund you the cost of the item(s), but you will need to pay for the delivery to send the item back to us.

How do I return my watch?

I have allergies, can I wear your watch?

The entire case is made of 316L Stainless Steel, the same used for surgery tools, which makes it both non-corrosive as well as hypoallergenic.

I live in London, is it water resistant?

Yes! Totally London proof! Our watches are classified as ‘water resistant 5ATM’. This means it will resists splashes, rain, snow, showering, swimming and fishing. It is not suitable for diving, snorkelling and for high impact water sports. We also always recommend minimizing exposure to the water and taking it off if you can.

Is the lens made out of glass?

Yes! We use mineral glass with sapphire and anti reflection coatings for extra durability and comfort. It is robust and resistant to scratches and normal wear and tear, but as with anything special, it should be used with care.

Can I change the strap?

Our watches are designed to last so we got rid of the lugs spring bars and designed a unique case system that is fully compatible with NATO straps. We spent a lot of time choosing the correct material and textures to ensure that they perfectly complement our watches. The strap length can be adjusted to fit your wrist size; it ranges from 156mm to 220mm. If you want to get a new strap, the case will allow for a strap that is 20mm in width and 1.5mm in thickness.

How precise are the Hatch Watches?

Our watches are running on a quartz movement that keep them accurate through the oscillation of a carefully cut quartz crystal. The use of a quartz movement adds on their durability and makes them easily serviceable, anywhere in the world. Thanks to its well-machined Miyota/Citizen quartz movement, our watches are very precise: less than a second clock drift a day!

How often do I need to change the battery?

Thanks to the movement we selected you will also benefit from long battery life. The battery should last you 2 years and the energy consumption can be minimum if you pull out the crown. We use the standard button cell. Once your battery is finished, you’ll be able to get it replaced in any watch repair shop for a couple of pounds/dollars.

What does my warranty cover?

Our Hatch Watches are warranted for a period of 18 months from the original date or purchase. The Hatch Watches warranty covers materials and manufacturing defects. The warranty comes into effect if you have a copy of the receipt; this is required for proof of purchase. How to know my issue is covered by the warranty?

Please read through our Terms and Conditions and refer to the leaflet in your watch box. Another way is to visit your local watchmaker or jeweller and let them have a look. If they feel this warranty matter, contact us at sales@hatchwatches.com for more information on how to proceed.
