We care about our customers and want you to be happy when purchasing Hatch Watches. All purchases are entitled to a 14 days money back guarantee. Returns will only be accepted if the item is unused, unworn and in its original packaging in resellable condition.

In the event of a faulty item, we will proceed to refund or exchange within the 14 days money back guarantee period. For any faults that develop beyond this period we ask you to refer to the warranty section.

Refunds for returned items will be processed within 4 weeks of the items return. All shipping costs, duties and taxes on purchases, returns and exchanges will be the responsibility of the original purchaser and will not be refunded. Exchanges are processed on basis of availability and can’t be used for out of stock items.

Unauthorised resellers are not entitled to any further warranty or money back guarantees beyond the ones described here. HATCH WATCHES LTD will not be liable for third party returns without our written consent.
